Senior Program Manager
About The Position
- Participate in the design, development and delivery of an innovative solution for qualifying autonomous vehicles in a rapidly growing software startup, and be involved in changing the world…
- Be responsible for the overall program planning and execution of multiple programs, ensuring delivery to a superior standard
- Manage risks and issues and drive corrective actions
- Manage internal and customer-facing project meetings
- Coordinate multiple internal teams, resources and third parties/vendors to achieve project goals – R&D, Application engineering, Sales, Product and others, in Israel and abroad, sometimes beyond normal working hours
- Prepare, review and maintain project documentation, reports and dashboards
Requirements

- At least 4 years of work experience as program/project manager in a software company
- Experience in a customer-facing role with an exceptional ability to understand and communicate customer needs
- A quick learner with a strong analytical and technical background and a proven ability to learn and be profound in new technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written
- Self-learner, highly motivated, self-paced, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
- B.Sc. in a technical field
